Engawa, at 2 Ham Yard, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 1.

Hide AdAnd Zanchi Restaurant, at 113-115 Praed Street, London was also given a score of three on December 1.
It means that of Westminster's 3,228 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 2,170 (67%) have ratings of five and just 14 have zero ratings.
