Noaman'S, at 193 Shirland Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 14.

Hide AdAnd Plum Valley, at 20 Gerrard Street, London was also given a score of three on July 14.
It means that of Westminster's 3,171 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 2,128 (67%) have ratings of five and just 15 have zero ratings.
