Cafe Helen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 105a Edgware Road, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 25.

And Sip Up - 24/7 Alcohol Delivery, a takeaway at Newsagent Temple Station Victoria Embankment, London was also given a score of four on October 25.
