• Rated 2: Papa L'S Kitchen at 16-17 Jermyn Street, London; rated on November 23

• Rated 2: SANJUGO VICTORIA at 44 Hugh Street, London; rated on November 23

It means that of Westminster's 3,226 similar establishments with ratings, 2,177 (67%) have ratings of five and just 14 have zero ratings.
