Beppes Cafe, at 23 West Smithfield, London was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 25.

Hide AdAnd The Harrow, at The Harrow Public House, 22 Whitefriars Street, London was given a score of one on October 25.
It means that of City of London's 755 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 635 (84%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
