Cafe Brera, at 3 Fenchurch Place, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 5.

Hide AdAnd De Vine, at 19 Vine Street, London was also given a score of four on October 5.
It means that of City of London's 821 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 686 (84%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
