Kagura Sushi, a takeaway at Retail Unit, 6 Minories, London was given the score after assessment on February 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 290 takeaways with ratings, 243 (84%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
