A City of London takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A City of London takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Cheese And Peppers CafÉ, a takeaway at Ground Floor Retail Unit, 11 Eastcheap, London was given the score after assessment on July 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of City of London's 284 takeaways with ratings, 238 (84%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
