Papa-dum, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 8 Queen'S Head Passage, London was given the score after assessment on November 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 759 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 639 (84%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
