The Lampery, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 Seething Lane, London was given the score after assessment on July 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 756 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 647 (86%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
