Homeslice, Unit 1, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1-5 Bloomberg Arcade, London was given the score after assessment on April 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 768 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 654 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
