Burger & Lobster, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 52 Threadneedle Street, London was given the score after assessment on February 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 778 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 662 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
