Brasserie Blanc, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 60 Threadneedle Street, London was given the score after assessment on June 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 810 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 700 (86%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
