Farmer J, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 24 King William Street, London was given the score after assessment on May 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 819 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 710 (87%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
