Soho Coffee, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Retail Unit, 50 Gresham Street, London was given the score after assessment on May 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 823 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 712 (87%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
