Elior, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 201 Bishopsgate, London was given the score after assessment on September 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 749 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 635 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
