Murger Han, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 9 Philpot Lane, London was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 744 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 634 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
