The Conductor, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Retail Unit 1, 1 Fleet Place, London was given the score after assessment on June 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 760 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 655 (86%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
