The Don, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Retail Unit The Courtyard, 20 St Swithin'S Lane, London was given the score after assessment on May 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 760 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 655 (86%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
