The Glean Restaurant & Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 15 Black Friars Lane, London was given the score after assessment on October 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 786 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 674 (86%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
