Viandas, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 6-7 Leadenhall Market, London was given the score after assessment on March 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 822 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 705 (86%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
