Gazette Chancery, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 17-18 Took'S Court, London was given the score after assessment on February 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 819 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 695 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
