El Vino Co Ltd, a pub, bar or nightclub at 30 New Bridge Street, London was given the score after assessment on July 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 207 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 172 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
