A City of London drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A City of London drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Shakespeare, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Shakespeare Public House, 2 Goswell Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of City of London's 204 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 168 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
