Townhouse on same street as Paddington's Brown family home is available to rent

Paddington fans could be London neighbours with the Brown family.

A property on the same street as the Brown family in the Paddington films is available to rent. Fans of the beloved bear could move in a few doors down from the spot for a hefty £16,250 a month.

As fans of the classic movies will know, the Brown family, who take Paddington Bear in as one of their own, live at 32 Windsor Gardens. However, off-screen, the address does not actually exist.

Instead, the Brown family home featured in the movies was actually filmed in Primrose Hill's Chalcot Crescent. Now, one of the neighbouring properties on the same street is up for let.

Estate agents Knight Frank describe the nearby property, which is right by the expansive green space of Primrose Hill and Regent's Park, as a "charming Grade II Listed, four bedroom family home set in the heart of Primrose Hill".

As well as a spacious layout, the four-story property also has a lot of natural light, with its lower level connecting to the garden through a glass extension.

Address: Chalcot Crescent, Primrose Hill, London NW1

Price: £16,250 pcm
