COTTONS CAMDEN, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 55 Chalk Farm Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 17.
And COFFEE BUZZ, a takeaway at West Hampstead Thameslink Railway Station, Iverson Road, London was given a score of two on July 17.
