Tufnell Fish & Kebab, a takeaway at 233 Brecknock Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 664 takeaways with ratings, 362 (55%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
