LEBANESE GRILL, a takeaway at 58 Cricklewood Broadway, London was given the score after assessment on September 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 667 takeaways with ratings, 366 (55%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
