Guanabana, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 85 Kentish Town Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,296 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 732 (56%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
