The Chambeli, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 146 Southampton Row, London was given the score after assessment on March 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,291 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 711 (55%) have ratings of five and just 14 have zero ratings.
