Franx Snack Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 192 Shaftesbury Avenue, London was given the score after assessment on August 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,286 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 656 (51%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
