Chai Thali, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Centro 3, 19 Mandela Street, London was given the score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,288 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 653 (51%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
