Selene Bar & Mediterranean Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 112 A, Camden Road, London was given the score after assessment on October 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,300 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 735 (57%) have ratings of five and just 10 have zero ratings.
