Curry Paradise, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 49 South End Road, London was given the score after assessment on January 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,310 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 676 (52%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
