Mugen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 9-15 Leather Lane, London was given the score after assessment on September 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,294 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 661 (51%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
