Biju Bubble Tea Room, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 251 Camden High Street, London was given the score after assessment on September 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,288 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 654 (51%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
