Melrose & Morgan, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Oriel Hall, Oriel Place, London was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,288 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 651 (51%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
