Lan Kwai Fong, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 27 Chalk Farm Road, London was given the score after assessment on June 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 1,279 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 642 (50%) have ratings of five and just nine have zero ratings.
