Road closures: two for Bromley drivers over the next fortnight

Drivers in and around Bromley will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Bromley will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And they are both are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A20, from 10pm September 16 to 5.30am September 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A20 eastbound, junction B2173 to junction 1, carriageway closure for resurfacing works, diversion via local authority network.

And one more closure will begin over the next two weeks:

M25, from 10pm September 27 to 5am September 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise Chelsfield to A21 Hewitts roundabout, Lane closure for horticultural works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
