The Big Portion, a takeaway at 79 Burnt Ash Lane, Bromley was given the score after assessment on July 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bromley's 206 takeaways with ratings, 101 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
