White Swan, a takeaway at 355 Chipperfield Road, Orpington was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bromley's 206 takeaways with ratings, 101 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
