Jade Garden, a takeaway at 1 Green Lane, Penge, London was given the score after assessment on July 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bromley's 205 takeaways with ratings, 101 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
