Twins Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 328 Court Road, Orpington was given the score after assessment on October 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bromley's 486 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 338 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
