Tapri, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 23, 87 Ealing Road, Wembley was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 19.
And Shivam Pan Parlour, a takeaway at 443 Kenton Road, Harrow was given a score of four on July 19.
