Slice Hut / Boba House / Wild Rooster / Sam's Pizza & Chicke, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 302 Harrow Road, Wembley was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 13.

And Chasing Dragon, a takeaway at 123 High Street, London was given a score of zero on March 23.
