Biblos Lebanese Bakery & Take Away, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 148-150 Mount Pleasant, Wembley was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 17.
And Double Shot, a takeaway at 744 Harrow Road, London was given a score of one on January 31.
