Gopala Chaska Corner, a takeaway at Unit 7, Champion Mall, 495 High Road, Wembley was given the minimum score after assessment on February 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 405 takeaways with ratings, 259 (64%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
