Princes Pizza, a takeaway at 3 Manor Parade, Station Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 390 takeaways with ratings, 252 (65%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
