Shanghai Taste/ Soni Pizza / China Gardens, a takeaway at 366 Neasden Lane North, London was given the score after assessment on June 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 385 takeaways with ratings, 243 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
