PST Perfect Chicken, a takeaway at 385 High Road, Wembley was given the score after assessment on June 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Brent's 408 takeaways with ratings, 284 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
